Commerce City Police Department's (CCPD) recruitment needed to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates for both experienced officers and new recruits to match the changing dynamics and demands of the role.

As art director on the project, we created an employment brand and hiring campaign in June 2022. The campaign consisted of digital ads, landing page, and TV and video graphics.
